marketing ai specialist
beeps is an early-stage startup in austin building AI agents for on-call and incident response. we're looking for someone to work alongside our founder and become a marketing badass.
what you'll do
you'll work on lead generation, pipeline, and socials. this isn't a "post on social and call it a day" role. you'll be wiring up AI agents like openclaw to build engaging content, do outreach and prospecting at a scale that one person normally can't touch.
- build lead gen campaigns and figure out which channels actually convert
- set up and run AI automation for outreach, content, and prospecting
- work with our founder on top of funnel through to qualified conversations, with the goal of owning it yourself over time
- work directly with our founder on positioning and go-to-market
who you are
- you've got a couple years of marketing experience and a related degree, or you've been figuring it out on your own and have the results to show for it
- you know ai is changing everything and don't want to be left behind
- you don't wait for a playbook. if something's not working you try something else by lunch
- you're already using AI agents and automation in your day-to-day. if not, you want to learn fast
- you want to learn how tech companies work from the inside and grow into a bigger role over time
- you can point to something you've built or grown, even if it was scrappy
why beeps
on-call is brutal. engineers get woken up at 3am, scramble through solutions, and burn out. we're building agents that handle the worst of it so people don't have to. it's a problem worth solving, and we're early enough that what you do here will shape how the company grows.

this is a hybrid role in austin, tx. we have a small, dog-friendly office in a craftsman off of west 6th street downtown. competitive salary + early-stage equity.
