marketing ai specialist (new grad)

beeps is an early-stage startup in austin building AI agents for on-call and incident response. we're looking for a recent grad who wants to learn marketing at a startup where you'll actually use AI to do your job.

what you'll do

you'll work directly with our founder on lead generation, content, and outreach. you'll learn to use AI agents like openclaw to build campaigns and run outreach at a scale that would normally take years of experience to pull off.

learn how lead gen actually works by building and running campaigns yourself
set up AI automation for outreach, content creation, and prospecting
help figure out what channels convert and double down on what's working
work with our founder on positioning and go-to-market. you'll see the whole picture

who you are

you just graduated (or are about to) with a degree in marketing, communications, business, or something adjacent
you've done something on your own, whether that's a side project, a campus org you grew, or a social account you built up. you can talk about what worked and what didn't
you know ai is changing everything and you'd rather learn to use it now than play catch-up later
you're already messing around with AI tools or you're eager to start. either way, you learn fast
you don't wait around for instructions. if something's not working you try something else
you want to be at a startup early enough that your work actually matters

why beeps

on-call is brutal. engineers get woken up at 3am, scramble through solutions, and burn out. we're building agents that handle the worst of it so people don't have to. it's a problem worth solving, and we're early enough that what you do here will shape how the company grows.

we're a venture-backed startup having raised 5.6m from a16z, basecase, and others.

this is a hybrid role in austin, tx. we have a small, dog-friendly office in a craftsman off of west 6th street downtown. competitive salary + early-stage equity.
